双蒸水：纯净无痕

下午从carton house回来的时候，夕阳柔和的光影投映在云彩上，照在我的心里。脚下的草地并非像去年的内蒙一样一望无垠，但在这样一个冬季的下午依然呈现生机勃勃的绿色，很是让人欣喜。走到main street上，行道树上星星点点的装饰灯已经亮起来。行人很少，新年已迫在眉睫。
怀抱着刚出炉的pizza和冰冻的鸭肉卷，我们走上了熟悉的回家路。一路上WW都在找寻夜空中的polar lights，可惜看到的其实都是飞机:-P
PS：奇怪的是，为什么那个pizza店里面挂着格瓦拉的头像，营业员帽子上还印着和他一样的R字母呢？

"Oh you' re not allowed to listen to foreign radios, are you?"
Hey, it's 21st century now!
"So you two don't have religious belief?!"
I' m afriad No.
"Yes, that's how communists govern their country...will you go back home?"
Oh my god.
"As a poor PhD student, it's better to..."
No you are not poor. You can afford your car!
"You know that in ** you can have very cheap vodka, but no tap water!"
"You know that @@ is really delicious..."
...where is ** and @@?
"Will you feel upset when you read some bad, oh maybe not bad, but negative opinions about your country?"
We are not that fragile. We are not here to worry or complain. We are here to listen, understand and communicate.
"Now if you ask her questions, you' ll feel that oh what exactly is she talking about? But after three years, you should be able to talk like that...we all wait for your expertise!"

嗯，改冬令时了，今天多了一小时——啊，今天是星期天！
我削了很多水果：橙子、桃子各两个，胡萝卜一根，苹果一个，李子若干……WW娴熟地用榨汁机轰轰地把它们化成了水，还展现出美妙的色泽层次
～～再切上几片巧克力蛋糕，满满摆了一小碟。房东今天来收租。为了感谢她老人家上次终于在我的抱怨之下更换了潮湿的地毯，在地毯工来之前帮我们腾空房间，把破椅子粘好了，还招待我们热茶和坚果蛋糕……我今天要露一手
。
趁着喝果汁的功夫，现炒现卖地聊了几句刚从免费的Sunday times上面看到的日常新闻，她惊异于我消息的灵通，说以后干脆找我咨询tax relief算了，哈哈。外加炫耀了一下我们把地毯的边角余料裁成的小块毯子，自我感觉颇好。末了她居然邀请我们去参加她家的圣诞聚会，我很惊喜。想起不到一个月之前我们还曾脸红脖子粗地争论潮湿的问题，真是汗。人和人之间关系的改善，就是这么微妙。
Anyway，今天多了一小时！

钥匙打开信箱的时候总是有点卡。今天打开，还是没有邮件。
坐在双层巴士上，翻报纸、看街景、或者发呆，每天四小时。
“milk scandal escalates into national crisis”一行字跃入眼帘的时候，某个店铺门前的鲜花正从我的视角余光中一闪而过，附近河水溅起的浪花，轰轰地震荡我的耳膜。
从tesco里面出来，在门口整理我的采购，通过精确规划各个物品占用的空间，一车的东西瞬间塞进了我的万能书包。扛起来，太阳已经要落下去，手中的迷你玫瑰盆栽映红了脸。

One of Marian's friend, Sindy, got married with Colem and moved into a mobile house. At frist Sindy and Colem want to build their own house beside the old one, but the government rejected their application for some reason. At last they bought a second-hand mobile house from one of their neighbours, which is fairly new and not expensive. They money they spent on the house is somewhat comparable to that for the transportation of the house! A new life thus began, in a small but warm mobile house.
I went into the house last night and was really attracted by its lovely decoration. They hold all the wedding greeting cards, perhaps more than a hundred ones, on the shelves along the wall and let them stand one by one. So you can see that two thirds of the wall of the living room is surrounded by greeting cards. Just the colour of the curtain, the flowers in the vase and the smooth plate on the table can give me the feel of home. The kitchen is in the aisle; the bedroom was enlarged but there was still little space above the bed; the bathroom is a rather mini one, with the balneary maybe the same area with mine.
No matter how small it is, it belongs to their own. And the garden outside the house is amazingly beautiful. Sindy's mom is good at gardening. She cultivated flowers and put them along the footpath, on the table, or even in a toy bicycle. Sindy's family has three cars parking in the garden so there are tiny reflectors scattered around, making the garden in the night a fantastic picture.
Today is the Mid autumn day. I may not see the moon since it is now raining softly. I can feel the taste of mooncakes even without them lying before my nose; life is beautiful and lovely even in a mobile house.

晒衣未果

凄风苦雨，最是这句话能表述这两周以来的全部天气感受。
昨天终于辨认出了两种常见种：oak & S. vulgaris。oak几乎到处都是，摘下来一个果实看看，瘤状突起似乎还是挺明显的呢，不知道算师姐研究的哪种，呵呵。S.v.也很常见，沿着某条路走，伏首即是。

超市遇到前房东

话出口了才觉得有一句多余～她的名字实在不好记，当时又没问过how to spell，现在只好hi了。
原来她在ALDI工作～只见她熟练地操作推车，装卸各种货物。呃，我刚才看过的那些，是否也是从她的小车上卸下的？
称她为前房东，有些过了。是暂住在朋友那边的时候的二房东而已。只是实在没有名目了，便这样称呼。
临走了又跑过去呱唧了几句，算是解些尴尬，虽然我又一次把come说成了came（我想知道下一次我会不会还把21说成twelve first？）。
又：但是目前居然已经碰到两个人说我English好，其中一个还非要举例说去英国碰到在英呆了三年的中国银仍然不会chinglish。
